The hotel offers 25 rooms and suites, each occupying former Cistercian monk cells with unique decoration. Standard rooms provide 20m2 with a large double bed or two single beds, while superior rooms add a terrace facing south. Family suites span 53m2 and sleep up to 5 people, all featuring a terrace with views over the plain.

Chef Arnaud Benoit heads the gourmet restaurant 'La Table de l'Abbaye', working with fresh seasonal products from local producers. In summer, guests dine on a terrace suspended above the Salon de Provence plain, offering a panoramic view of the valley. From November to March, meals are served in the 12th century chapel with stone vaults and a French ceiling.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated in season (April to October) and reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
